My husband and I have been taking Balanced Vibe supplements…Brain, Muscle/Joint and immune for several years now. I appreciate that I can count on the ingredients to be pure and I appreciate the info provided that states what the ingredient can DO for you. Over the years I have flip flopped between supplements for various reasons…price, not understanding what the ingredients do, too many ingredients-many unfamiliar, bad after taste/eructation….BUT Balanced Vibe has changed all that! I got off to a shaky start by receiving the wrong product. Because of technical issues, I had trouble contacting Balance Vibe, however, when I finally got through, the owner personally contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience. He then sent me the replacement product via express delivery. I understand how mistakes happen and then see how a company responds. Balance Vibe will be my go to choice for supplements now. I also find the product quality seems to be good and easy to take. Again, I highly recommend this company and their products and services.
